What I've Learned ( For Now )

What I've learned in my time here is that people are selfish. A few are selfless and even fewer would tell this.
The majority abhorrently rejects the minority so it's easy to justify quickly calling the authorities.
We all have friends but we call them associates; they associate with your enemies with your business to negotiate.
Young girls Pro-Create, let astray by a media. Sex sells, learning fails, and society suffers a tip in scales.
I've learned that being Black doesn't mean that we have unity. We'd rather argue skin pigmentation than take over the Nation.
We'd rather fight over shoes made overseas than oversee our futures. See, this is how it shouldn't be.
This is why it couldn't be all I have to learn. Too much knowledge to be gained and too much wisdom to be earned.
I'll continue to observe, grit my teeth, and discern. Pass my knowledge to my lesser, and see them rise. I've adjourned.
